Hello and welcome home! We're the Wiesemann family! We love all things Disney! Tim and Tracie have been married nearly 20 years and have two amazing ginger kiddos, Kylee and Anderson. We can't wait for you to feel at home at Crete Tropical Villa!

This is a great house in a prime location for Disney and ESPN. The house was very clean, and we had a great time in the pool. The long outdoor table to dine at with a TV was great; we ate as a family and laughed while watching movies.

Our family had a great time here. The backyard setup (heated pool, hotub, grill, TV, dining table, etc) was perfect. Minutes to Disney. Grocery and dining options just down the road. The bdrm/bath setup was perfect and the house is quiet. Plenty of amenities stocked, which made cooking/cleaning a breeze. We would definitely stay here again. Adreanne provided great details and instruction for the use/maintenance of the home. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. The community pool was also a great additional amenity; plenty of seating, multiple pools along with drink/food options. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We stayed at this house with my in-laws and our family of 3 (so 5 in total), which meant we had the pick of the bedrooms and more space than we actually needed. This house was in a great location (about 0.5 mile easy walk to the clubhouse) and provided more privacy in the backyard than some of the other houses we've stayed at in this neighborhood. This house provided more items than other houses I've rented from. We didn't have to buy toilet paper or foil, spices, etc and that was much appreciated. I enjoyed having access to a grill and the pool was very warm which was a delight on the cooler days we had. I would definitely choose to stay here again and would recommend it to any family.

All in all, we had a wonderful time staying at Andreanne's Airbnb. Our party consisted of 7 adults and 2 children, and we had all the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable and convenient. A plus was the home is located in a gated community, so we felt safe and secure. There is no trash bin to collect the trash. Trash is put in a small bench on the front stoop, and if you put too much in the bench and can't close it completely, the squirrels will get to the trash and make a mess. The only real issues we had with the home was that AC could not be set below 70 (set to 70 with Andreanne's approval), the ice maker in the kitchen fridge did not work, and the opening of the dishwasher door was restricted by the stove. Andreanne was a wonderful host, and she was extremely responsive to any and all our communications. Enjoy your stay! Remember to account for traffic in all your plans!

The house was exactly as pictured. Located 10 minutes from Disney and 2 minutes from a Walmart for shopping. Easy check in and responsive host. Had everything we needed for a family of 6 to live there for the week. Pool and hot tub was always warm and easy to use.

This home and this host are what you’re looking for! Andreanne’s attention to detail is wonderful. We had my family (siblings, parents, and nieces/nephews ranging in age from 3 to 17) all under one roof, and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The pool and game room areas were added bonuses for our group, as they were perfect for our downtime! We also were able to get to Disney with ease. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay in a home hosted by Andreanne again!

House was great pool was great for the kids (had alarm on sliding door to pool which was annoying at first but once we got used to it was great especially with the little ones and gave my wife a peace of mind) good location very close to parks and easy to get to and from. Resort pool was great and the kids enjoyed the slides and the pool and able to get drinks while you are there. Walmart right down the road but it’s crazy busy. Publix also pretty close by and can get there famous pub subs! Outlet mall about 15-20 min away depending on traffic. Traffic was a little crazy on main road but not as bad as champions gate. Will definitely look to book again in the future!!

Great 3 night stay with extended family, wish we could have stayed longer and would most definitely try to book again if in the Kissimmee area. Only used the club house facilities on one day until a storm rolled in but would have returned had we had more time. One of the best AirBnB's we have stayed in for the price.

We loved it here!! Andreannes home was beautiful, literally looked like a model home. It was the perfect place to just hang out. Teens loved the pool table, air hockey, swimming pool, game room, hot tub, etc. Andreanne was a fabulous host and great to work with, she provided some good recommendations with local places to shop. We couldn't recommend this place more!

The house was wonderful and exactly as described. It was spacious enough for our big group. Andreanne responded promptly most of the time. Our only negative was the batteries ran out in the keypad and my parents were locked out at night in the (Florida) cold. The management company sent a locksmith who let them in after about 1.5 hours. However, the management company brought the new batteries and dropped them on the porch instead of fixing the keypad. My dad installed the batteries in the keypad so it didn’t happen to the next guests or the cleaners. Andreanne didn’t respond to my messages regarding the lock out or the key pad, but had been responsive prior to that. The battery pad was most likely a fluke, but it showed no signs of issues leading up to that. Otherwise, our stay was great and would recommend.

Andreanne was a great host! She answered and resolved all of our questions. She is very professional, attentive and responsive. She goes out of her way for her guest satisfaction. I had 12 family members all fly in or drive for the Disney parks. The home is very close within miles so great for access and time. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend the home to anyway looking for a great home, location and price!

This home deserves a 10-star rating. We came with our two teenage granddaughters and one of their friends. This place has everything. The girls were blown away by the game room, they loved the pool/hot tub and couldn't believe there was even a TV outside so they could watch sports while they were in the pool. We all enjoyed eating outside around the pool on the huge table and there were even ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable on warm days. Everyone had their own bedrooms with King or Queen beds and private baths. My husband is a professional Chef from Paris, and loved preparing exotic foods on the BBQ, and the kitchen had everything a Chef could need. The decor is stunning throughout........we hated to leave, and look forward to coming back next year. Andreanne, the owner, surprised the girls with a celebration graduation cake, balloons & other goodies on our arrival. We've stayed in other lovely houses on other trips, but this one has them all beat!!

My family and I stayed here for a long anticipated Disney vacation and it was the absolute best decision we could have made! The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and minutes from the parks. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool and hot tub were so nice to relax in after a long day at the parks and we thoroughly enjoyed the game room! We’re planning to do another Disney trip in a few years and I will absolutely try to book this house again!

Beautiful place. Easy to find with a plaque on the house indicating a Crete villa. Checkin instructions were straightforward and easily accessed the resort and the villa. Kids loved the Frozen room and game room. It looks like an older home but has been beautifully remodeled and furnished. Host was flexible with checkout. Would stay again!

This place was all we wanted and more. It has all the amenities one might need and made our vacations even more magical. We stayed in the Crete Tropical Villa for 1 week in Sept 2023. The Villa is beautiful, exactly like the photos. The host is amazing. We had a few MINOR problems whilst there and the host was brilliant at sorting them out in a timely manner and with fantastic correspondence with myself. I would 100% return to any of their villas/condos in fact already looking for next year!

The video game room kept my kids entertained and the resort amenities, including the water park were so much fun.
